Stefan Textor
Graduate Engineer Stefan Textor brings a wealth of experience to his role as project manager at CDM Smith in the Water/ Municipal Infrastructure Division. There, he contributes his expertise in the fields of plant engineering, filtration and wastewater treatment. His very first job took him to Venezuela where he worked on a company's internal wastewater treatment plant. This was quickly followed by further numerous international projects in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
A key milestone in his career was the treatment of thin sludge using flocculation and dewatering via membrane filter presses for a drinking water supplier. He was involved in the planning, construction and commissioning of this project. Stefan Textor is also proud of the planning of a wastewater treatment plant for the aerobic and anaerobic treatment of washing and blanching water from vegetable processing. The special feature of this project was that the treated water and the biogases produced could then be reused in-house.
What is Stefan Textor's work philosophy? The project manager likes working in a structured, forward-looking and team-oriented manner. Friendly and fair dealing with colleagues, clients and subcontractors are also important to him.
Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
