What inspires you? Teamwork – shared responsibility, direct contact with company management, and working together across branches and subsidiaries.
In your opinion: What makes CDM Smith special? A company is always as special as the employees who come together for the common corporate goal. For me, the main reason for identifying with CDM Smith are the employees, colleagues and friends.
Which one of CDM Smith’s core values (excellence, initiative, shared commitment, integrity, and teamwork) do you identify with most and why? Teamwork – large projects, in particular, need activities to be worked through and resolved in teams due to their complexity. It wouldn’t be possible for a project manager to head a successful large-scale project without teamwork.
What does “listen. think. deliver.” mean to you? The trifecta for successful service: Understanding customers. Developing customer-specific product options. Providing the best customer solutions.
Communication + solution-oriented thinking and action = project success.
