“The IUVA has gained an important international reputation for technical collaboration, and I am honored to help lead these efforts," says Osgood. "Since the onset of the coronavirus, IUVA volunteer members worldwide have played a vital role in demonstrating the efficacy of UV technologies. This has led to substantial growth in our organization as we continue to expand our efforts in UV applications that include drinking water, wastewater and water reuse, as well as medical settings, food and beverage, industrial, and indoor air and surfaces."
The IUVA will certainly benefit from Jennifer’s leadership and collaborative skills, her tireless commitment to the IUVA and her extensive experience as a top-notch designer of drinking water UV systems.
With over two decades of experience managing complex infrastructure projects, Osgood has proven that successful project execution requires thorough planning, fearless leadership and top-notch technical expertise. Her collaborative skills, coupled with an extensive knowledge of water quality and treatment, have made her a leader in the drinking water industry. Additionally, she is certified by the Project Management Institute as a project management professional, she is a board-certified environmental engineer and she is a licensed professional engineer in several states across the U.S.
“The IUVA will certainly benefit from Jennifer’s leadership and collaborative skills, her tireless commitment to the IUVA through her past volunteer activities, and her extensive experience as a top-notch designer of drinking water UV systems for CDM Smith,” said CDM Smith senior vice president Chris Schulz, PE, BCEE. “Congratulations to Jennifer on this well-deserved appointment as President of the IUVA!”
