Christopher has over three decades of experience in roadway and bridge construc­tion, new building construc­tion, building reha­bil­i­ta­tion, and water and wastewater upgrades. For the past 16 years, he has success­fully led projects surrounding wastewater infra­struc­ture instal­la­tion and reha­bil­i­ta­tion work, green infra­struc­ture, security upgrades, and water pollution control facility upgrades. 

 

Responsible for current Metro­pol­i­tan District Commission (MDC) projects, Christopher leads and supervises field staff, oversees diverse construc­tion activity, consul­ta­tion, confir­ma­tion of traffic and health and safety compliance, and more. He is well regarded and trusted by MDC staff, actively working in the best interests of MDC and its stake­hold­ers and using prudent judgement in project decisions.
