Siegfried Wagner is a civil engineer with 34 years' experience in hydraulic engineering, and is a project manager in the water and municipal infrastructure business area. Siegfried is involved in planning, construction supervision, construction management and project management at CDM Smith. His areas of expertise include engineering structures such as dams, dikes and weirs, urban water management, waste and contamination, drainage, landfill planning and remediation.
