A Classroom Like No Other
CDM Smith Scholarship Program
To inspire the next generation of industry innovators, CDM Smith offers scholarships in partnership with Scholarship America to assist college students pursuing an eligible STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) degree as well as students in eligible undergraduate programs at accredited two-year colleges or vocational-technical schools.
STEM Scholarships
Eight $7,500 scholarships awarded annually. Four Merit based awards, two Diversity awards (members of historically marginalized communities and women) and two Economic awards (individuals facing hardships that might impact their STEM education) are offered.
- Eligibility Criteria: Enrolled in or entering an eligible STEM undergraduate or graduate program (engineering programs must be ABET-accredited) with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).
Vocational-Technical Scholarships
Two $5,000 scholarships awarded annually. Recipients are selected on the basis of leadership, community involvement, work experience, career goals, unusual personal/family circumstances and/or faculty recommendations.
- Eligibility Criteria: Enrolled in or entering an eligible undergraduate program in Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation and Controls, Cybersecurity or related major with a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent). Must reside or attend school in California, Colorado, Florida or Texas.

Intern and Co-op Program
