As CDM Smith’s federal facilities discipline leader, Charlotte has provided a compre­hen­sive array of design services, including budget management, staff oversight, and leadership in design concept development, programming, document production, and spec­i­fi­ca­tion for federal projects. She is proudest of her contri­bu­tion to the Design-Build RFP Development for the Tyndall Air force base. In this collab­o­ra­tive effort, the Air Force, USACE, and CDM Smith success­fully initiated a design build project aimed at replacing a major lodging facility damaged in a natural disaster.

“One of my favorite aspects of my job is working closely with clients to identify and understand their archi­tec­tural needs and desires,” Charlotte says. “This close collab­o­ra­tion not only ensures the success of the project but also cultivates strong, enduring rela­tion­ships built on trust and mutual respect.”
