Ronald Lau
Ronald Lau is division manager of our environment and energy department and brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His professional career began with an apprenticeship as a supply and disposal technician working with public drinking water. His fascination with the interconnectedness of natural cycles, regenerative forces, and humanity's responsibility for protecting these systems has been a constant driving force throughout his career. Motivated to actively contribute to environmental protection and the energy transition, he pursued a degree in energy and environmental systems engineering.
As a qualified engineer, he has demonstrated his expertise and knowledge in numerous complex geothermal projects. Among other responsibilities, he led two German-based projects: the geological and geothermal site exploration for the AUDI driving experience center in Neuburg/Donau, and the geothermal heating and cooling supply for Grammer AG at their site in Ursensollen.
Ronald Lau is particularly passionate about the development of teams and individual careers. He is committed to recognizing and fostering each person's potential, always striving to achieve the best possible outcome.
