Clint Forsha, PE, PMP
Clint is a geotechnical engineer with over a decade of experience working on multidisciplinary projects that extend from conceptual planning to design and construction, primarily in dam safety, flood risk reduction, and heavy civil industries.
As a dams and levees discipline leader, Clint specializes in dam and levee engineering design and construction package development, permitting, contracting, procurement, construction means and methods, geotechnical and geological analyses, quality assurance, and practical experience with construction management.
Clint is proudest of the work he did to support the Panama Canal Expansion Project, where he served as the Atlantic Locks Complex Geotechnical Quality Assurance Lead and Project Engineer in the on-site design integration office. “The magnitude and importance of the project to the Country of Panama and world commerce was astounding,” he says. “Having had the opportunity to contribute to the success of that project is something that I will never forget.”
