Dave has 20 years of experience working throughout South and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the United States on diverse sustainable development and infrastructure planning projects.
His projects have focused on municipal sustainability and low-carbon development, climate change adaptation, disaster resiliency, stormwater management and green infrastructure, water supply, wastewater provision, multi-modal transportation, renewable energy supply, energy demand management and watershed conservation.
Dave has also served as team leader for a $325 million U.S.-funded program management consultancy in Indonesia to support low-carbon development and poverty reduction through investments in renewable energy, sustainable natural resource management and land use practices.
