Nicolle Wilkinson
Nicolle Wilkins is a principal architect with over 30 years of experience in Arizona and Southern California, specializing in the planning and management of large ($100 million+) capital improvement programs. She is a licensed architect in Arizona and a certified construction manager.
Throughout her career, Nicolle has managed over $2 billion in construction projects for federal, state, and local government agencies, including the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). Her expertise spans traditional and alternative delivery methods, including progressive design-build, two-phase scoping design-build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), and job-order contracting.
Nicolle is particularly proud of her role in a $180 million, 5-year border project for GSA, which faced significant challenges including the COVID-19 pandemic, coordinating with the railroad, and maintaining Customs & Border Patrol operations throughout construction. She also led a $180 million expansion of the Yuma Regional Medical Center, a critical project for her local community, and managed six concurrent library projects in Yuma, a special accomplishment as her son attended baby story times and groundbreakings at these libraries.
“My favorite part of my job is meeting new people and adding value to the team however I can. I am known as the ‘toilet plunger’ because no job is beneath me,” Nicolle says. Whether she’s building strong client relationships, resolving complex issues, or leading large-scale projects, Nicolle is committed to making a meaningful impact and adding value wherever she can.
“Teams that operate like a symbiotic organism, where each member’s talents support the others, inspire me to work as hard as I possibly can."
